God bless you guys today,

Right now our church is grieving the loss of Kierstyn Smith. I’m sure you all are praying as often as possible for her family.

Tonight we will meet for Midweek Bible study. We are going use this time to pray for Cailen, Harvey, and Charae as well as have a devotion.  As a church body, this is our time to do God’s work.  Many of you have already visited, given, or cooked for the Smiths. I’m confident Cross Timbers will rally around the Smiths.

The OHF will be at MY HOUSE this Friday. Don’t miss it.

The Parent-teen retreat is right around the corner (April 10-12). Our focus is going to be on prayer. Families are going to be asked to do family devotions. These don’t have to be anything elaborate, just a simple time of scripture and prayer. I wanted to give you some information about these just so you won’t be caught off guard. The fathers will lead a devotion on a favorite Psalm. Basically, I would like for you to be able to read a psalm and tell your family why it means so much to you.  The mothers will also lead a devotion on prayer. I would like you to share with your teen(s) what your prayers are for them and what prayers you have seen answered.

Let me know if you are unable to bring food for the spaghetti lunch April 17th.
